Sorry for the late-ish notice but I will not be able to make it to practice today due to an unforeseen circumstance I must attend. Nothing bad I just won’t be available for practice.
If I were you I would still commit to a workout from 1-3pm!!! Just because practice is off doesn’t mean you should take the day off!
